More than 20 years of teaching, the headmaster of Saratoga Academy of arts and Sciences, Mike Christensen and Katie Fleming will give you a speech at ccc

Michael Christensen现任Saratoga Academy的校长,他是基于“学习-思考-领导”教育理念的创建人和主要负责人,有超过18年公私立学校小学和中学的教学和领导经验。

Katie Fleming现在是Saratoga Academy 学校课程的主任,她从学前班一直教到八年级,有15年的教育经验。Katie 本科毕业于早教及小学教育专业。

Michael Christensen is the President of Saratoga Leadership Development, LLC and the Head of Schools and founder of multiple independent schools grounded in a "Learn-Think-Lead" overarching philosophy which has led to the creation of the fastest-growing independent school in the Capital Region. Celebrating 8 years of success this year, Saratoga Academy successfully blends individualized attention with a nurturing structure, allowing students to reach their maximum potential. Mr. Christensen brings over 18 years of public and private school leadership and instructional experience at both the primary and secondary school levels. His credentials include holding permanent NYS certification as a School District Administrator and earned a MS and CAS from the University at Albany’s School of Education Administration and Policy Studies, where he is currently completing doctoral studies in this field and has served as an adjunt professor for the department.

Katie Fleming has been an educator 15 years. She currently serves as the Associate Head of Schools and Curriculum Coordinator for Saratoga Academy where she has taught all grades levels from Preschool through Grade 8. Previously she served as an elementary teacher at Albany Community Charter School and Academy of the Lakes in Tampa, FL. She has earned a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also has completed Masters level work in Special Education. In addition, she brings 20 private sector business development, leadership, and training as a director for a billion dollar company.
